Wellness tip: If you trying to lose weight and you can't seem to synch diet and exercise, focus your efforts on the diet as can't out train a poor diet and weight-loss is about calories consumed and burned plus food has an additive medicinal effect too but combining the two is the best for weight-loss. Diet is 80% of the equation....if you work out hard, but eat junk then you won't see results :( You can eat great and not work out so much and get results. But when the 2 are combined then you'll really see results. Weight Watchers has a good program that includes support, to lose weight most people will need not only to decrease calories but the community support in staying committed and consistent in weight-loss endeavors...
